Some major trouble is brewing in the city of Neo Arc. A radical terrorist group known as S.T.U.R.M. is causing problems to the citizens of Neo Arc by kidnapping a well respected quantum physicist and his assistant in order to create an abominable war machine. However there’s a ray of hope which come in the form of the police department’s counter-terrorist force called Steel Gunner.
