Zaxxon

Zaxxon is a classic arcade shoot-’em-up game released by Sega in 1982. It was one of the first video games to use an isometric perspective, giving players a unique 3D-like view of the action. The player pilots a spacecraft through heavily defended enemy fortresses, avoiding obstacles, shooting enemy aircraft and defenses, and managing fuel supplies. The game’s main objective is to infiltrate enemy bases and defeat the powerful robot boss known as Zaxxon. Its innovative graphics, challenging gameplay, and distinctive viewpoint made it one of the most influential arcade games of the early 1980s.
