Welcome to MiniGames.Pro (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site lets you play classic and casual games for free in your web browser, on computers and mobile devices, using browser-based emulators (such as EmulatorJS, DOSBox / JsDOS and Ruffle) and HTML5 players. Some games offer extra features such as saving your progress, online multiplayer (netplay), favorites and comments. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, without notice.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for a general audience. If you are under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), use the Site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, and do not create an account or post personal information.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the details you provide, for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

break the law or the rights of others;
post content that is offensive, hateful, threatening, sexual, misleading, spam or advertising;
harass other players, including in multiplayer games and chats;
cheat in multiplayer games in a way that harms other players, or disturb games and rooms of others;
try to hack, overload, scrape or copy the Site or its content, or get around its security or ads;
use bots or automated tools, except search engines that respect our robots.txt.

5. Online multiplayer

In multiplayer games your device connects to other players’ devices, directly or through our servers. Other players may therefore see your nickname and technical connection details. Be careful with what you share with players you do not know. We do not control other players and are not responsible for their behaviour, but you can report abuse to us.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to content you post (for example comments and nicknames). You give us a free, worldwide licence to show, store and use it for operating the Site. We may remove content at our discretion.

7. Games, trademarks and copyright

Game names, characters, logos and other trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. The Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The Site’s own design, code and texts belong to MiniGames.Pro.

We respect intellectual property. If you own the rights to a game or other material on the Site and believe it is used without permission, please contact us with: the material and its address on the Site, proof of your rights, and your contact details. We will review the request and remove the material if needed.

8. Advertising and third-party links

The Site is free thanks to advertising (including Google AdSense). Ads and links to other websites are the responsibility of their owners. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of other websites.

9. No warranty

The Site and the games are provided “as is” and “as available”. Emulated games may not work on every device or browser, saved progress may be lost (for example when you clear your browser data) and the service may be interrupted. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure or always available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniGames.Pro and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of the Site or from being unable to use it.

How we collect and use information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
