Mad Dentist is a simulation game where players take on the role of a dentist treating various patients with dental issues. The game focuses on the effects of different foods and even accidents, like being hit by a ball, on patients’ teeth. The overall goal is to examine and treat a variety of dental problems.

A round of Mad Dentist begins with a roulette wheel featuring images of sweets, meat dishes, and a ball. Spinning the wheel determines the cause of the patient’s dental problem. After the wheel stops, players can spin it a few more times. Once this “wheel of fortune” segment is complete, the patient is ready for treatment. Players seat the patient in the dental chair and begin the examination. The game provides guidance on how to use each medical instrument when it’s clicked.

The game offers a variety of choices, including three different patient cases and numerous dental tools. Players are tasked with cleaning, healing, and preventing further damage to teeth. The game features realistic design and animations, aiming to create a life-like simulation. Players can treat various dental issues such as cracked, chipped, or missing teeth, as well as plaque, gum sores, and bad breath. A special microscope allows players to examine the mouth for hidden bacteria and scars, which can then be treated with specific tools and lasers. After treatment, players can also decorate the patients’ teeth with patterns and colors.
