Papa’s Donuteria

Papa’s Donuteria is a restaurant management game in the Papa Louie series, set in the carnival-like town of Powder Point. Players take on the role of Tony, Scooter, or a custom character, working at Papa Louie’s donut shop. The primary goal is to prepare and serve a wide variety of custom donuts to park-goers and other customers.

A round of Papa’s Donuteria involves managing several stations to fulfill customer orders. The process begins at the Order Station, where customer requests for specific donut types, fillings, and toppings are taken. Next, at the Dough Station, players prepare and cut the dough into the desired shapes. The donuts then move to the Fry Station, where they must be cooked accurately on both sides, requiring careful timing to avoid burning or undercooking. Finally, at the Build Station, players add glazes, fillings, and various toppings to complete the order. As the game progresses, more customers arrive, and orders become more complex, requiring players to work quickly and accurately to earn tips and satisfy patrons.

The game features various modes and opportunities for upgrades. After each workday, players can participate in one of seven mini-games to win prizes. Earnings from tips can be used to purchase new tools and upgrades for the cafe, such as alarms, icing guides, and cook boosters, which help improve efficiency. Players can also customize their chef and server, as well as decorate the restaurant lobby with new furniture, flooring, and walls. The game includes four seasons and twelve holidays, unlocking seasonal toppings and a total of 115 menu items and 90 customers.
