Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what information MiniGames.Pro (the “Site”, “we”) collects when you use the Site, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account: if you register – user name, email address and password (stored encrypted), and optionally a profile picture.
- Comments and contact forms: your name, email address and message. Comments also store your IP address and browser details to fight spam.
- Multiplayer: the nickname you choose and messages you send in game rooms.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language, pages visited, the address you came from, and the date and time – in server logs and by our analytics and ad partners.
- Game data: saved games, settings, favorites and recently played games are stored in your own browser (local storage / IndexedDB). If you are logged in, some of them may also be saved with your account. Game plays and likes are counted anonymously to show popular games.
- Multiplayer connections: to connect players, your IP address and connection details are processed by our signalling / relay servers and may be visible to the players you play with.
- Watching games: while “Let others watch my game” is on (it can be turned off in “Play with a friend”), other visitors can watch your game screen live – picture and sound of the game only, never your camera or microphone, and they cannot control it. You see who is watching and can stop it at any time; you can also choose to be asked before anyone watches. Exception: the site’s administrators may watch a game quietly, without a notice or a question, only to test games and check the quality of the service. They never watch when watching is turned off or the game is private, and the broadcast is not recorded.
2. How we use the information
- to run the Site and the games, and to save your progress and settings;
- to manage your account, comments and multiplayer rooms;
- to measure traffic and improve the Site (Google Analytics);
- to show ads that fund the free service (Google AdSense);
- for security, spam and abuse prevention, and to comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use:
- Necessary cookies and storage – login, language, light/dark mode, saved games, favorites and your cookie choice. The Site does not work properly without them.
- Analytics cookies – Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used.
- Advertising cookies – Google AdSense and its partners.
On your first visit we ask for your choice: “Accept all” or “Only necessary”. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see Google’s consent message instead. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; this may remove your saved games.
4. Google advertising
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this Site or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at www.aboutads.info.
- More information: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
5. Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that help us run the Site, including: our hosting company; Cloudflare (content delivery and security); Google (Analytics, AdSense, Search Console); Gravatar (profile pictures in comments); and video platforms such as YouTube when a game page shows a video. Some providers process information outside your country, including in the United States, under their own privacy policies and appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep information
Account details are kept while the account exists. Comments are kept until they are deleted. Server logs and security data are kept for a limited time. Information in your browser stays until you delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you (including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and the GDPR), you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to or limit its use, and withdraw consent. Logged-in users can edit their profile at any time. To make a request, contact us. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Israel: the Privacy Protection Authority).
8. Children
The Site is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
