Pigskin 621 A.D.

Pigskin 621 A.D. is a fantasy-themed arcade sports game that blends American football with chaotic medieval combat. Players lead teams of barbarians in fast-paced matches where the goal is to score touchdowns on dangerous fields packed with traps, hazards, and even corrupt bystanders who will do anything to slow the action down.

Beyond passing, lateraling, and running with the ball, players can discover and wield hidden weapons such as swords, axes, spears, and maces to attack opponents and gain the upper hand. The game can be played against the computer or in head-to-head matches, but dominant teams may face an extra challenge as losing sides can receive reinforcements in the form of powerful Trolls. Combining humorous violence, strategic mayhem, and a unique medieval setting, Pigskin 621 A.D. offers a wildly entertaining twist on traditional football.
