Adventure Island 1

Adventure Island is a classic side-scrolling platform game developed by Hudson Soft. The player controls Master Higgins, a brave islander on a mission to rescue Princess Tina, who has been kidnapped by the evil Witch Doctor.

The game takes place across a series of tropical islands filled with dangerous creatures, obstacles, and hidden secrets. Players must run, jump, and throw weapons like axes or boomerangs to defeat enemies while collecting fruit to maintain their health. A unique gameplay mechanic is the constantly decreasing energy bar, which forces players to keep moving and gather food to survive.

Each stage introduces new challenges, including fast-paced sections on skateboards and boss battles at the end of worlds. With its colorful design, catchy music, and increasing difficulty.
