Night Raid is a fast-paced arcade-style shooter for DOS, released in the early 1990s. The game puts the player in command of a defense turret at the bottom of the screen, tasked with protecting a base from waves of enemy paratroopers and aircraft descending from above.
Armed with a limited supply of ammunition, the player must carefully aim and shoot down parachuting soldiers before they land, while also dealing with planes, bombs, and other hazards. As the levels progress, the enemies become faster and more numerous, testing both reflexes and strategy.
