Kolobok

Kolobok is a single-player puzzle platformer game based on the East Slavic fairy tale of the same name, featuring a small, spherical, bread-like character. The game's story involves Kolobok escaping his grandparents' house and embarking on a perilous journey through forests and fields to return home safely, avoiding hungry forest inhabitants who wish to eat him.

In Kolobok, players guide the titular character through various levels. The primary goal is to navigate Kolobok along a dangerous path back to his grandparents' house, avoiding encounters with forest predators. Kolobok cannot jump well, but can overcome small water obstacles by walking along the bottom, though this negatively impacts his health. The game features many gradually unlocking levels, starting simple and becoming progressively more challenging. Players are encouraged to complete levels in minimum time to set records.

The game incorporates special abilities gained by eating different "magic mushrooms" found throughout the levels. For instance, a frosty mushroom allows Kolobok to freeze water and cross it. There are twenty levels in total, offering a sufficient challenge, especially for players aiming to achieve three stars by beating tight time limits.
