64th Street: A Detective Story is a 2D beat’em up game, similar to Final Fight. The game has two heroes to choose from: Rick Anderson, a 35-year old professional private detective and Rick's 19-year old pupil Allen Tombs. A rich man hired them to rescue his daughter, who was kidnapped by an evil corporation. The gameplay is typical of the genre, the player goes right (in a limited way also up and down) and fights against groups of enemies (and standard, strong, tough boss at the end of the level). The heroes use different fighting styles, and can use various objects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
